На протяжении всей истории ароматы занимали особое место в человеческой культуре. Это связано не только со стремлением людей украшать себя и пространство вокруг, но и с их природным желанием делиться красотой: человек всегда считал ароматы одним из самых драгоценных даров, который он только может преподнести ближнему и Богу. Аромат воскурений воплощает в себе красоту мироздания, мимолётную, очень хрупкую, но оттого ещё более прекрасную. Кажется, что, воскуряя драгоценные смолы, человек берёт от природы лучшее и приносит в качестве жертвы Первоисточнику. Жертва эта – выражение любви и благодарности.
Чтобы немного погрузить вас в тайну священных ароматов, я встретился со знаменитым французским историком, философом и антропологом Анник Ле Герер. Мадам Ле Герер – автор книг по истории парфюмерии, эксперт в области ароматических веществ и научный консультант ряда парфюмерных выставок. Tout au long de l’histoire, les parfums ont occupé une place particulière dans la culture humaine. Cela est dû non seulement au désir des gens de se décorer eux-mêmes et l’espace qui les entoure, mais aussi à leur désir naturel de partager la beauté: une personne a toujours considéré les parfums comme l’un des cadeaux les plus précieux qu’elle ne peut offrir qu’à son prochain et à Dieu. L’arôme des résurrections incarne la beauté de l’univers, fugace, très fragile, mais donc encore plus belle. Il semble qu’en brûlant des résines précieuses, une personne prend le meilleur de la nature et apporte en sacrifice à la Source. Ce sacrifice est une expression d’amour et de gratitude.
Pour vous plonger un peu dans le mystère des parfums sacrés, j’ai rencontré la célèbre historienne, philosophe et anthropologue française Annick Le Guérère. Madame Le Guerre est l’auteure d’ouvrages sur l’histoire de la parfumerie, experte dans le domaine des substances aromatiques et consultante scientifique auprès de nombreux salons de parfums. Throughout history, fragrances have held a special place in human culture. Im Laufe der Geschichte haben Düfte einen besonderen Platz in der menschlichen Kultur eingenommen. Der Grund dafür ist nicht nur der Wunsch der Menschen, sich selbst und den Raum um sich herum zu schmücken, sondern auch der natürliche Wunsch, Schönheit zu teilen; der Mensch hat den Duft immer als eines der wertvollsten Geschenke betrachtet, die er seinem Nächsten und seinen Göttern anbieten kann. Der Duft von Weihrauch verkörpert die Schönheit des Universums, flüchtig und sehr zerbrechlich, aber deshalb auch gerade umso schöner. Es scheint, dass der Mensch durch das Verbrennen kostbarer Harze das Beste aus der Natur nimmt und es als Opfer darbringt. Diese Opfergabe ist ein Sakrament der Liebe und der Dankbarkeit.
